| Heritage is the western termination point for the Milwaukee. It is rumored that Milwaukee may close down operations in the Pacific Northwest and if this happens, I suspect BN will gladly jump in and take over this yard and facilities. They supply motive power at times to the cash strapped Milwaukee. There is a permanent switcher crew stationed here that during harvest pulls from the order board with extra crews sent from Vancouver. Heritage has an industrial district that gets worked daily and a lot more often during the grain harvest. | |
