Columbia Cascade Railway -Coldwater

Coldwater got it name from the river that runs on the east side of town past Northwestern Grain.  It is mountain spring and snow fed and is COLD year round.   The local population come to swim and do the polar bear plunge.   Coldwater has a small lime plant, Hooke Lime,  that produces a specialized lime for construction, and a couple of food industries, that take advantage of the beautiful apples and other produce grown up here.   Delta Plumbing also has a small valve plant that makes the new hydro spa showers and a cantankerous Scrap metal dealer at Witcofski Salvage down from the Delta plant.
Looking east at Coldwater toward the Coldwater River.   Hooke Lime is to the right with two spurs, one for the raw material and the 2nd finished bagged product.  Across the main line is Gibbons & Co.
This is the spur for the Delta Plumbing plant and Witcofski Salvage.
Just past Northwestern Grain is the bridge over the Coldwater River.  The other side of the river is the west side of Bridgewater.
Looking west in Coldwater.  If you look just to the left of the main line, you will see some green stuff.......some of the only "scenery" on the entire layout.
